Payments and recorded orders
Live payments are processed through PayU. An order is recorded as paid only after payment verification. Saving checkout alone does not create a paid order or a payment obligation.
Problems with an item
For damaged, incorrect or missing items from an existing purchase, contact crunchyos2115@gmail.com with your order reference and relevant photos. Do not send card details, passwords or payment credentials.
Cancellation and returns
